Changelog
Product changes and status notes, newest first. If something breaks, it gets written down here rather than quietly fixed.
1.7.0
API, MCP and webhooks
- Everything the dashboard does is now scriptable. REST API at /api/v1
(pages, links, subscribers, analytics) and a full MCP server at /api/mcp — point any AI agent at it and it can manage your pages and links directly.
- API keys live in Settings: create, name, revoke. One key works for both
REST (Authorization: Bearer) and MCP.
- Webhooks: get a signed POST the moment a gated link captures a new
subscriber (event subscriber.created, HMAC-SHA256 signature header).
Uploads and polish
- Upload images instead of pasting URLs: profile photo, link thumbnails and
QR logos all have a picker now. Usage shows in Settings — no limits.
- Pages tab: true miniature previews (the same phone preview, scaled), page
deletion with a confirmation, and ordering by what you touched last.
- The dashboard wears the amber from lazito.app now.
1.6.0
Pages are the only URLs
- Links are buttons on a page, nothing more — the per-link addresses and the
"short link only" mode are gone. If something needs its own URL, make it a page: lazito.app/you/that-thing.
- New Pages tab: live mini previews of every page on your account, manage or
open each one, create new pages right there.
- Gate messages now show on the page itself, not only in the unlock dialog.
1.5.0
More than one page
- One account, many pages. The new switcher in the dashboard header moves
between them or creates another — each page has its own name, links, theme, analytics and subscribers. Free.
Quality of life
- Edit your display name, photo and bio right on the Links page, next to
the preview.
- QR codes can carry any centre logo — paste an image URL (or use your
profile photo). Logos now render in PNG downloads too, not just SVG.
- Custom domains are free for now.
1.4.0
Every link gets its own address
- Each link now has a shareable URL of your choosing:
lazito.app/you/my-choice-of-words. Set it when editing the link, or let it come from the title. Copy it straight from the Links list.
- Gated links get a standalone unlock page at their address — a lead-magnet
landing you can share anywhere, themed like your page.
- Ungated links redirect straight through to the destination, with the click
counted: a built-in URL shortener.
- New "Show on my page" toggle: turn it off and the link becomes a short link
only — it never appears on your page, but its address keeps working.
1.3.0
Lazito
- The product is now Lazito. Same pages, same links, new name everywhere —
the footer badge, sign-in emails, exports and QR downloads included.
- Your public page address is lazito.app/yourname. The dashboard lives at
dash.lazito.app; account pages on lazito.app redirect there automatically.
1.2.0
Magic-link login
- Sign in (or sign up) by email: we send a sign-in link, you click it, you're
in. No password needed. Links are valid for 15 minutes.
- The classic username + password flow is still there behind "Use a username
and password instead" — nothing existing changes.
- New accounts created by email get a suggested page handle automatically;
change it any time in Settings.
- Sign-in links go through a landing page so inbox link scanners cannot burn
the one-time token before you click it.
1.1.0
Gated links (email gate)
- Any URL link can require an exchange before it opens: the visitor enters a
valid email address or continues with Google, and only then receives the destination. Made for lead magnets — downloads, PDFs, private links.
- The destination URL never appears in the page source; it is released only by
the unlock endpoint, after the exchange, so it cannot be scraped around.
- Captured emails build your subscriber list: new Subscribers tab in the
dashboard with name, method (email vs verified Google), which link captured them, unlock counts, and a free CSV export for your mailing tool.
- Optional custom gate message per link ("Enter your email to get the
ebook…"). Google button appears when a Google client ID is configured; email capture works without any configuration.
- Repeat unlocks by the same address are folded into one subscriber row, and
each unlock is counted as a click in analytics.
